In this activity, you will learn how your body digests food and what foods you should eat to create a balanced diet.
Instructions
1. Click on the button below to play an interactive game on how your body digests food.
2. Using the game, take notes on what each body part does to digest your food.
3. Watch the following video on healthy eating.
4. Use the template bellow by opening the word document and create a meal plan that you may follow for a week. Make sure you use the food pyramid to decide what you are going to include more of and what you are going to eat less of.
