MINDFULNESS 

Mindfulness is the process of being aware. It is when you can become aware of your surroundings and aware of yourself without judgement. Being Mindful is an excellent skill to develop as it can allow you to become connected to the world and cope with stress. 

Instructions..

1. Visit kids you-tube and find a relaxation playlist. 

2.Print and cut out Mandala templates. 

3. Colour in Mandalas without talking and listen to the music. 

4. Remember to focus on your breathing and think positive thoughts. 

Mandala art has been known to      encourage healing and has               therapeutic properties. Many          cultures use mandala's to                represent journeys of the soul and reflect upon life. Mandala's can       help to motivate meditation and      relaxation practices.
